Really lucky girl today, chocolates, The Boy That Bakes Cook Book, Angel Perfume, a night away with my gorgeous DD at a Spa Hotel, Radley shopping bag, Radley purse, money for art materials (already spent!), slippers, 60+ Happy Birthdays on Facebook, an eCard, lots of lovely birthday cards - thank you everyone!

Macmillan Coffee Morning, 30th September 2011

Having a great 55th birthday - great neighbours, even some really thoughtful ones that couldn't attend dropped donations around, extra cupcakes been sent to a local school for staff to buy. £100 raised so far, really pleased!

Macmillan Coffee Morning Preparation

 Ingredients first thing this morning!

 Hot out of the oven!

 Banner up!

 Notice on door!

 Balloons blown up!

Gazebo up, bunting up!

Finished baking 40 cupcakes (ice later), 3 dozen Italian biscuits, blown up the balloons, bunting up, gazebo up, lawn mowed, dining room rearranged, banner on garage! Thank goodness my DH is so understanding and helpful. 
Still to do - clean the kitchen & loo, ice 2 sets cupcakes, bring on the peeps for the Macmillan Cancer Coffee Morning, tomorrow @ 10:45am Chez Gore to celebrate my 55th birthday :)

Hooray, my whole collection of Dyan Reaveley paints & sprays have arrived, (OK so I'm missing 2 but near enough!) An amazing Birthday present from my Sister in Law, my Morther and my DH. I know I opened it early - what can I say a girl's got to do what a girl's got to do (and it is only 2 days early LOL!)

Oscar blends so well with the IKEA furniture! His brother Felix is in the "doghouse" as he's lost his collar, although to be fair Oscar is on his 7th collar and this will still Felix's 1st he's lost. Good job they're both chipped! Ooh and bird count today was 2!
