My LUSH Kanban Stamps
Postie delivered a lovely package from eBay today as well as the envelope of yummy goodness from USA, my gorgeous Kanban stamps are so great, I can see me using these loads and they weren't expensive less than £19 delivered, for them all.

Each instructor will be giving us a word of the day, to inspire us, along with a down loadable template (in both printable and digital format) so that we can create a mini layout about that day's word and how we've applied it in our life. Planning, Planning, Planning - That's Me All Over!
September is going to be a busy month, Nana duties every Monday & Tuesday, Shimelle's Learn Something New Everyday Class (LSNED) and 30 Days of Lists (30DOL). Plus my mate Maggie is off for a week so we will probably SKYPE Scrap for a few of them!! So to save time & energy I decided to combine LSNED & 30 DOL into one using a Ring Binder for Index cards that I bought from ASDA for 99p. I decided on PINK as my primary colour, cut pink card stock (4"x6") for my LSNED pages and cut Manila card stock for my 30DOL pages, I can add preprinted lists to the Manila pages, for me to fill in or I can type my lists, I've not decided yet. So theme is pink for LSNED, I'm using Crate Paper - Kaitlin Range for my pp's and pink embellishments of all sorts!
HeArt Journal - Week 4 - The Girl in Me!
This is ME!
Assignment: Create a page using the concept of hand-drawn girls. I want you to actually draw a character in your book!!! It can be sketchy, a cartoon, realistic, or even stick figures. Use any stamps you want, colours, etc.
Tip: Try a different medium that you've never used before

Whilst there have been loads of great "Summer Moments" - Family BBQ, GS's 4th Birthday Party, Great Art Journalling Class in Derbyshire, Day out with the kids & family in Sidmouth, a "Girlie" day with DD, I really did enjoy a day where my best Maggie and I took both grandsons to Watchet on the steam train and my DD met us there on his motorbike. The boys thought it was brilliant in spite of the poor weather and no baby changing facilities in Watchet!

A great day - chatting, scrapping, eating cake, selling surplus stash, always love going to Penally's @ Pontypridd, you're guaranteed a warm welcome, loads of yummy cakes and a great time. Looking forward to September as the kit is 4 classes for £15 - bargain!

Off to Wales Tomorrow
Looking forward to a great day out, passport packed, £5.70 to cross the bridge in small change (just to annoy them!) Off to Pontypridd tomorrow, to Penallys crop to be with "the Girls", got 2 classes planned, packed lunch in fridge, surplus stash to sell in car and taking minimum kit so I can chat and doodle, well I am a multi tasker. Watch this space for piccies.
