Class Two For Girls' Art Party Weekend

 

Take 1 sheet of A4 cardstock for cover, a small piece of Bind-it-All wire, 7 Rainbow coloured envelopes, with 7 rainbow coloured pieces of  cardstock for inserts, 9 pieces of coordinated paper for embellishment , ribbons, charm, buttons, brads, flowers & punched butterfly and you can make a Rainbow Book to keep notes, receipts, hidden journaling and photos in!

Our visit to Bandon, Oregon

Today we visited the coast, Bandon to be exact, had fish & chips for lunch, walked on the beach, dipped my toes in the pacific ocean and had a great day, thanks to Nancy for organising this and Kathy for the great time x

Food shopping & preparation

After a super mega shop for food for the coming event this weekend (Girls' Art Party) we prepared 2 kinds of soup and ground turkey as a topping for the baked potatoes! It was an epic day and I needed a drink!

Kathy arrived today

Brave Girl Kathy arrived today from Iowa, it was so great to meet her in person, she's all I thought she would be and more. We're building up the BG posse, at 3 now, up to 7 on Saturday - yeh!
She also bought me an awesome tea towel for the swap, a map of Iowa full of interesting places, names & points of interest?

Dinner By Pippa

I cooked luxury fish pie tonight for Nancy & Mike, scallops, chinook salmon, shrimp and ling in a cream parsley sauce, topped with mashed potato, served with broccoli - though I say so myself it was very, very tasty!

Back Safe & Sound in Glide

Awesome, but long trip home, thanks to Michael for all his driving and Nancy for doing her stint as he was so tired. We had an amazing fun packed trip, will post photos tomorrow as falling asleep as I type xx
