Dear Sunny Girl,
Try not to think about all of the things that you have to do for the next year or the next month or the next week to get where you are hoping to be. Try to just think about today. Try not to get overwhelmed by big bills in your mailbox or a long weight-loss journey or a chronic illness or a difficult relationship.
And just think about how to do it today.
There's no reason to worry or wonder or make yourself sick with 'what if this happens?' kinds of feelings. Just do what you can do today and then let it go. Do your best and let that be enough.
All you can do is all you can do, and there's no more that you can do. But you CAN choose to do that 'all' with a smile on your face and an optimistic attitude, and peace in your heart, and even a funky little dance in your step, knowing that you did everything that you could and that tomorrow you will do all that you can again, and that it will be absolutely enough.
Be at peace. Be happy. All is well.

Michelle Jackson-Mogford's Make & Take
I can't post the class project as it's not completed yet, suffice to say it's STUNNING! But the Make & Take was equally great - a reverse canvas, a fun take to add a smile to your face!
Dina Wakley's Class
Canvas Mini Book, completed with Dina, used spray inks & masks - a riot of colour, homemade embellishments to complete the look, I used my She Art girls as photos, I need to add 5 more. We got an ink spray to keep as part of the kit, I got the Bubblegum Pink, so me! Didn't get chance to do a Make & Take with Dina, but I was so pleased with my mini book I wasn't disappointed!
Emma Trout's Class + Make & Take
Top two photos are 8"x8" LO & A4 Layouts completed with beautiful Websters Pages, bottom photo is of Make & Take completed with leftovers & few extras from kit, beautiful work by Emma, such a great teacher, thanks Emma!

Scrap-A-Mia 2011
My room was nice, quiet (on the whole!) and close to the cropping rooms, the bathroom had the biggest clock in it and the green lime soap managed to get rid of most of the ink & paint from my hands!
Winner!
During my amazing weekend away at Scrap-A-Mia I won a place on any Dina Wakley course of my choice - I choose "Graffiti of My Life" - Art Journaling Course 301. I'm so excited, I'll probably get started on that after Brave Girls SR2 and Christy's She Had 3 Hearts course. Gosh I will be busy. I also won a place on Christy Tomlinson's "She Had 3 Hearts", but as I've already been gifted a place on this course by a dear friend and I've gifted a place to a Brave Girl to pay it forward, I also gifted this latest one to a dear sweet girl - she knows who is she is - enjoy!
Scrap-A-Mia 2011
WOW - what a great weekend, fabulous teachers, fabulous classes, fabulous venue, fabulous organisers, fabulous girls & fabulous food as shown by these amazing photos, so posh it was served on roof slates LOL! (Will post class photos ASAP!)

Brave Girls Daily Truth - A Little Bird Told Me!
Dear Persevering Girl,
It might not look like it, it might not seem like it, but that BIG THING that you are working on that you have been working on for SO LONG, that you have put our heart and soul and wishes as prayers into, it really is happening. It might be going slower than you want it to go, but it IS HAPPENING.
Be inside of THIS PART of the journey today. What will happen when you get there? To that place you are working to be?
Once you are there, you will look back and wish you would have savored each moment of getting there, because there's so much fabulousness wrapped up inside of every step of difficult, long journeys. So many lessons, so many miracles, so many new and wonderful people that show up exactly when they are supposed to show up. So many tears and hard days. So much FEELING. You can't REALLY feel the good stuff unless you know what the bad stuff feel like. Good days feel SOOOOO beautiful after a string of really hard days, don't they? You sure wouldn't appreciate them as much had you not had that string of difficulty. Life is so cool that way.
Keep going. Don't you DARE give up. You are closer than you know. Look around and see just how far you've come.
You are absolutely phenomenal. And THAT is the truth.

Pippa's Peking Pizza (WW 6PP's)
My Pippa's Peking Pizza, made with turkey mince, hoisin sauce, onions, low fat mozzarella, yellow pepper & basil, worked out at 6 points for the individual one (really thin base!) Looks better before cooking, but I'm sure will taste yummy (will let you know!) That and a mixed salad brilliant. Update - it did taste yummy and will definately be on the monthly menu planner!

Penally's Crop - Mini Book
The mini book, made with 2 cardboard outers, 5 envelopes, I sheet white cardstock and 6 1/2 sheets patterned paper. My version was put through the bind-it-all, the crop version was laced with the twine. There are inserts to each envelope with tabs to pull on. Can't decide what photos yet as it's quite girly pretty paper and with loads of men in my life that can cause issues!
