I knew what I wanted to do today the moment I looked in the fridge - RECYCLE!
I had some old vegetables in the veg box (butternut squash, corn on the cob, capsicums & tomatoes), and some way past their best bananas in the fruit bowl ---- so rather than waste them I decided we should recycle them into Roast Veg Soup & Banana Cupcakes.
My DH took on the soup task and I am tackling the cupcake task later this afternoon, this idea along with the recycling some felt scraps will form the basis of todays LSN page..... SO WATCH THIS SPACE!

Oops, I was reading that as Soup and Banana Flavoured Cupcakes rather than 2 separate things! Now that would be interesting! :P Food and crafting recycling are my favourite type of recycling!
