Thanks to Kirsty Wiseman and PaperArts for a great day, two of us were celebrating birthdays, my day was a birthday treat (from DH) , but Ali's was a surprise one from her mate Emma C. Ali was born the day after me, but many years apart LOL! Ali blew out the candle on her cake and we all tucked in after a great lunch!

It WAS a great day. Good fun had by all. And lovely 'lessons'! What I'm eating as I opened your blog!!! - echinacea in my hot blackcurrant, multi-vitamins, cold liver oil and glucosamine sulphate!! A hearty breakfast indeed.
